In "Dizer no pé", artists Mery Horta and Conceição Horta invite passersby to sit face-to-face and share stories of past Carnivals. Following this moment of shared memories, the artists

offer the public an ornament to decorate their clothing in preparation for the festivities and dance the samba to the beat of percussionists.
